Home Perfect is on the internet. They are responsive while helping me out and showing me different products and why this one is better than the other one. I asked him which one is a better quality than the other one and they were able to give me that. They are prompt with their delivery. I like that it's free shipping and there's no tax.

We didn't realize that there was a 25% restocking fee. The items we ordered totaled $1200. It cost us an extra $400 for the restocking fee, and $150 to ship the items back. They will refund the $1200, but now we are out $550 and have nothing. I tried to call and negotiate the restocking fee and he would not budge. He told me I should have done my research. Although the website does state there is a 25% restocking fee, it is very small and vague.
