 + 0 moreHome Perfect is on the internet. They are responsive while helping me out and showing me different products and why this one is better than the other one. I asked him which one is a better quality than the other one and they were able to give me that. They are prompt with their delivery. I like that it's free shipping and there's no tax.
Description of Work: I've used Home Perfect for some of my bath accessories. I ordered like this upper tower for a shower and accessories for like a shower rod and lighting.

 + -1 moreWe didn't realize that there was a 25% restocking fee. The items we ordered totaled $1200. It cost us an extra $400 for the restocking fee, and $150 to ship the items back. They will refund the $1200, but now we are out $550 and have nothing. I tried to call and negotiate the restocking fee and he would not budge. He told me I should have done my research. Although the website does state there is a 25% restocking fee, it is very small and vague.
Description of Work: We ordered some products online for the bathroom because we were redoing our toilet. We were doing a wall mounted toilet in place of our floor mounted toilet. We ordered the products online, and when we received them, we realized they would not work. The toilet required a 2X6 stud instead of the 2X4 we had. We didn't want to have to rip the whole wall out so we decided to ship the products back. We had only opened one tiny box, the other items were still packaged like they had come originally.
