They are not cheap but they do good work.  Even our super who sometimes recommends them says that, they are not cheap but they do good work.

It went well in the beginning. Then one one of the tubs started peeling, so he came back out and fixed it. A few months later it peeled again. Contacted him again and he told me he no longer does those jobs, but he could get someone else to do it for $350. I was originally told this glazing had a 5 year guarantee. We went back and forth a few times, but then he stopped all answering my calls and emails.

After a misunderstanding with the scheduler, all went smoothly.

"This one-man, unlicensed company is in the habit of billing you for every nail they hammer. He has no skill in scheduling, budgeting and outright lies about anything if he thinks he can make more money. The outcome was 17,000 dollars of bogus invoices that included work never done, double billing, and inflated measurements to up the price. I now have a bathroom that needs to be redone since he knew nothing about installing hot tubs. My electrical breakers constantly switch off because he directed his workers to split existing wiring rather than installing new lines (for which I was billed for). The highlight is that he never paid his workers and used the excuse that I never paid him. I showed the cancelled checks to the workers.
