The repair never showed up. He didn't call or text. I paid this company in advance. I want a refund.

The first person who came out was amazing but I believe she's no longer with the company. For a few months it was difficult to get another good housecleaning but Handy's customer service was good. They issued a refund for one appointment and gave me a 50% discount on another. I finally found a Pro who does a good job and I've been able to request her twice. It's all done on the app but if you need to email customer service about an issue, they respond quickly and offer good customer service. I would recommend them.
