I purchased and paid for the installation of 3 ceiling fans. Handy canceled the purchase and installation due to the lack of availability in my area, promised a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. It has now been 3 weeks and I have emailed the continually about when I could expect my refund of $567! No response!
