house cleaning
 + -1 morehorrible! A half hour before the employee was to arrive we got a text that someone new to the company would be out. she showed up with her underage child to help. besides doing hardly anything she left a mess on the floor of crumbs from the cabinet, that was the least of our worries! after they leave we found permanent scratches on our black fridge. send a claim and now its just circles of emails sent what they asked for A few days later we found the stove SAME scratches on a black stove. DESTROYED. we don't live there yet so it was not noticed till the overhead light was on. AGAIN several emails phone messages left and getting NO where
