Gringer sold us an extended warranty through "NSI Protection Plus." We never received a copy of the policy or any other information, and it took multiple phone calls and emails to get the information from Gringer. When we needed service (twice so far), we have found that the repair companies that NSI contracts with have been very poor. Either the companies are hard to reach on the phone, or they claim that no service dates are available. However, if you call these repair companies and want to pay directly for the service (i.e., not under the extended warranty) then suddenly they have service dates available immediately. Seems like a scam. If you shop at Gringer, be warned, and certainly don't buy the "NSI Protection" plan that they push.
