Amaury was my sales rep. He handled everything efficiently and professionally. Prices are as good as AJ Madison. If you buy from Gringer, must contact Amaury.

Sales rep was very helpful. Items came in with large delays in between and no clear timing for when we could epect a delivery. they did schedule finally and all went without problems.

My new Bosch dishwasher was installed on the date and time promised. My one concern is that it was not screwed into the cabinet side wall because it was slightly smaller than the previous dishwasher. The installer assured me that it would not move as it was anchored firmly under the counter. So far this seems to be the case.

My purchase of a refrig and stove turned into a one year nightmare that included their delivering a frig with a dorr that opened the wrong way and then the company sent no less that 5 more doors here - that took a year on total -- which were dented, a freezer door instead of the refrigerator door, two doors for anothe rmodel etc,etc... In the end Gringer decided that the only way to dea with the problem would be to return the original frig and get another one but the model was no longer being made so they changed the frig for a GE. Although the money was returned to them from Jenn-Aire ( Jenn-Aire is totally incompetent and could not manage to do one thing right, including sending the replacvement doors to me by Fedex instead of to Gringer's) Gringer refused to give me the returned money "until they had the frig back" . The new one they got was a different design (which I don't like) and was minimally less expensive. The deliver guys ripped a rug and were generally unpleasent and couldn't reconnect the water line for the ice maker so they had to have someone else come in (4 days later requiring another move of the frig -- a 36 inch -- damaging the new cork floor covering) Gringer refused to be responsible for any of that and in the end I had to threaten them with legal action to get my refund check and an invoice!
The Bertazzoni they sold me they said has an infared gas grill in the oven -- it doesn't - it has a normal gas broiler! They should know better

We originally purchased an NXR stainless steel stove but it was apparent that there were flaws in the finish and that this was not an appliance that would hold up. Allan Schuster willingly took the stove back despite its having been mildly used, and helped us to choose a more appropriate oven. We chose a Theramador and though it was more expensive, the stoves can't be compared.
Allan Schuster was perfect to work with; he was responsive, very kind, down to earth, professional, and could not have done any better. I would definitely shop at Gringer's again.

Bought several large appliances with assurance of delivery on a specified date which was necessary for a project. Said they would send an invoice. Did not send invoice in timely fashion but immediately charged credit card. Day before delivery called to say they did not have items available. Said replacement items would be sent later, which was too late. Person on phone (Javier) was unprofessional, sarcastic, untimely in responses.

We revisited Gringer, showed them the technician's report, told them about the parts delay. Their immediate response was, "We'll get you a replacement as soon as possible". There was some confusion on delivery and installation dates, but Gringer bent over backwards to make things right, during Christmas week! We were very pleased. As an observation, my guess is that the broken dishwasher had been dropped somewhere along the way because everything on the door (control panel, latch, seal) had failed.

Well basically, this company did not care about anything because they are just paid to sell. I had the absolute worst time. They would not even tell me that I had to arrange my own delivery. The people gave me the run around. I thought because I was spending so much money, it would have been better. There is a complication with delivery in this town, it's hard to get things through small spaces. They did not tell me this in advance and I had to hire someone else to do it. The appliances did not work and they would not do anything. I had to call the manufacture.

It was a pretty bad experience. The initial sale was fine. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, though he never remembered us. The problems started with the delivery. First, they delivered the refrigerator with the doors on the wrong side, so they had to take it back. In the process, they damaged a brand new floor and an older floor. After months of trying to contact them about this, they only responded when we contacted the BBB. The resolution was for us to go after the delivery company. We never got any compensation for about $1000 worth of floor repair.

I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I FEEL THAT THEY TOOK ONE LOOK AT MY APARTMENT AND ADJUSTED THEIR FEE ACCORDINGLY. I DIDN'T GET AN ESTIMATE, BUT I SHOULD HAVE. IN THE END, THE REPAIR TIME WAS QUICK AND THEY DID DO THE WORK RIGHT.
