+ -1 moreWe love Pete. He is reliable, honest, and a good guy. He did a very good job for us on our renovation. That's not to say that we didn't have our moments, but he is such a reliable person, that I would recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: Grenfell did a complete renovation of a high end Greenwich Village loft. He also renovated our prior apartment, but it was much smaller scale job. Job included demolition, and complete build of 3,800 sq. foot loft.
