 + 1 moreThis is hard to recap, because this was the biggest nightmare of my life. Greenstreet started by coming in low on bidding for the project, which quickly changed, as almost daily, there were change orders for increased budgeting. Also, I don't know where they are "Green" but they were Black if you ask me. We wanted solar panals, Insta hot water.
Description of Work: A complete gut of a 4 floor 5500 sq./ft. townhouse in midtown. Cost was $3 million (you just can't enter that on Angie's List). Only walls and rear of house is still original. Building had to be rebuilt because of damage caused by next door neighbor building on site. Greenstreet was contracted to do all plumbing (path mechanical), electrical (John electrical), floors walls, and reuse fixtures on 1 floor.
