GRACIOUS HOME

Our old air conditioner had died and we went to Gracious Home on 7-7 to purchase another. We were shown appropriate make and model and were told that we would be called the next day - 7-8 - to arrange an appointment to have the window measured: we were told as well it would take 2 weeks for the new unit to be installed. We were not called back on 7-8 and so we contacted another provider who sold us and installed the same unit on 7-10. On 7-11 Gracious Home called: a voice on the phone said "Gracious Home - appointment for measurement." I was uncertain about this and said "What?"  The same statement was repeated. I said "Sorry but since you hadn't responded when you said you would I contacted another company and they did the job already."
The response was "OK' and the line clicked off.
Not punctual, not polite...seemed more like "Ungracious Home."

I was satisfied with their service.

2 Gentleman spent about 30 minutes fixing it and didn't charge me a thing. In general, they are a little high on price, but you get what you pay for. For someone needing reliable and reputable help, this is where I go.

I was pleased with the service. They were on time and friendly and did a great job.

It was $300 for the installation though.

They were extremely knowledgeable about product. They are more than just order takers, they are designers. High service orientation. They are even open during the weekend which is nice. It is also a complete service from start to finish. They have follow throughs and you can request the same provider for each step. They actually had more of an individual tailoring for an individual.

I THINK THE CONSULTATION DID NOT GO WELL. I NEEDED BLACKOUT DRAPES, NOT BLINDS, LIKE THE ONES SOLD TO ME. I HAVE HAD TO HAVE ONE SET OF DRAPES SENT BACK SIX TIMES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FIT. ALL OF THIS HAS TAKEN TWO YEARS AND IS STILL GOING ON.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP. I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH MY VACUUM CLEANER. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO ME WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY VACUUM CLEANER TO GET FIXED.

THEY ARE 100% FIRST RATE. THEY TEST EVERYTHING THEY SELL TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS. THEY HAVE ALL TYPES OF PRODUCTS FOR THE HOME THAT I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE AND I LOVE ALL THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE THE MOST RELIABLE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE RUN INTO. THEY DO EVERYTHING FOR THE CUSTOMER, AND THEIR QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE WE HAVE USED. THE QUALITY OF INSTALLATION WAS GOOD.
