Furniture - Custom Made
They made a mistake on the final drawing. I met with them to correct it and they made a note of the correction. When they arrived to install the custom bed, the mistake (wrong door detail) was still there! I called and they said they would have to un-install the bed and it was a mistake from the "factory." They said that they could not fix it and it was not their problem. I will never use them again!

Cabinet Making
Their prices are good, but their work is sloppy. They made one large one ($1500), and one small one ($600). On the smaller one, the shelves were not made correctly to fit, so I had to pound them in with a rubber mallet! On the large case, two of the shelves were defective, and they had to be sent back for replacement.

They are unreliable in terms of delivery and times. He had wrong measurements for a piece and painted it a wrong color. There were problems with attitude and time. The living room piece was a total disaster.
