 + -1 moreI can't say we've been with this company for too long but so far they seem to be pretty good. Mortgages these days get sold so fast. WE had just resettled with another company and almost immediately we were sold to this one. They seem to be good so far though so I'll give them all good marks for now.
Description of Work: The mortgage on our 2100 square foot home just got sold to this company. I care not to discuss what we pay on our mortgage.

 + -1 moreGMAC has been really good to us with our mortgage. I think they treat us well and do what they promise to do from the beginning. Their rates are comparable to other places and we have never had a bad experience with them to date.
Description of Work: The mortgage on our 2500 square foot home goes through GMAC. They are paid based upon a percentage scale so I really can't specifically state what we are paying them in full.
