I can't say we've been with this company for too long but so far they seem to be pretty good. Mortgages these days get sold so fast. WE had just resettled with another company and almost immediately we were sold to this one. They seem to be good so far though so I'll give them all good marks for now.

GMAC has been really good to us with our mortgage. I think they treat us well and do what they promise to do from the beginning. Their rates are comparable to other places and we have never had a bad experience with them to date.
