Get It Done Roofing

On Dec 21st, I hired Tony from Get It Done Roofing after seeing them listed on Angie's list to stop a persistent leak that had been impacting my ceiling. In writing, we agreed on $1,400. On Dec. 22nd, they re-flashed portions of the roof, and asked me to Zelle them the funds. I sent them the additional money and they did "something" that did NOT fix the issue and the ceiling is only getting worse. On Feb. 17th, I reported that the issue was not resolved, and on Feb. 21st, Tony apologized and said he had family issues and apologized for not responded. He has since gone dark and no longer responds. VERY DISAPPOINTED - They made promises, were paid (2x) and will no longer respond to fix the problem On Dec. 28, they asked me whether the repair held, and unfortunately it did not. Roofer arrived on January 3,2025 in a roofing truck named B and M roofing, I question that because the company name is (Get it done roofing), Nick Megal was the driver, he had two other gentlemen with him. They went on the roof and inspected the work to be done, The two workers came down and spoke to nick, Nick came to me and said it would be one thousand dollars to fix the roof, I agreed and they started the work. NICK LEFT THE WORK SITE. A couple of hours later, Nick returned rushing and agitated, I was under the impression that something was wrong, but there was no way to check the work that had been done, I gave Nick a check for 1000.00 dollar which he cashed the next day After a week it rained and the roof was leaking worse than it was before in the same exact spit, Call #1 I called Nick and he said that he would send his guys to check the roof, NO ONE SHOWED Up. Call#2 I called B and M roofing , I took a picture of the truck the first time they came. I spoke to Tony, he said Nick will call me,i asked how many locations they had he said two one in bklyn and another in queens, so these to companies are together, Nick never called me that day. Nick called the next day and said he would be there yesterday after noon, NO SHOW ONCE AGAIN, Call#3 left voice message , no return call. I called Nick today an he wasn't available. Please help me the leaking water over my washing machines are creating water damage to my washers. If Nick can't complete the work I am requesting a refund of 1000.00 dollars

The service was quick and efficient but not done completely and unfortunately we have not been able to get them to respond to our requests to complete the roof repair for over 3 weeks now. Which means all the promises for warranty and yearly check in are probably not going to happen. I am disappointed.

I had multiple leaks in my living kitchen and bedroom I had some roofers try and fix it and the leaks just wouldnâ  t stop but my friend gave me get it done roofingâ  s info they came down right away and was also ready to repair it that day! That was almost 2 years ago I havenâ  t had any leaks since! So I definitely would recommend get it done roofing to anyone and they were easy to deal with and gave me a reasonable price I also recommended them to family and friends
