When I made an appointment no one ever shows up or calls me. They were horrendous. They showed up only on seventh appointment after scheduling six appointments and a guy finally shows up after all these months and he did a good job. I will try my best to never ever use them. I told them one thing I said I understand if there is miscommunication about with someone told me on the phone that they spoke to someone and that was a bold faced lie that is the worse thing. If you don't know that is one thing, but the lie to me is a totally different thing and a lie to a consumer or customer.
