First off, they rarely answer their phones, and you almost always end up getting disconnected. Geek squad is wonderful, but I have not been impressed with the technicians in the store. I took my computer to them 3 times within 2 1/2 months and it was never fixed. The other thing they don't have is an escalation path. If you have a complaint, there is no one to handle your complaint. There is a manager of the Geek Squad department, but he told me he was not technical and could not help me.

Technician worked 5 hours and set up the system. It turned out there were problems due to the routing hardware which, even though conformed, would not work together. So the technician made another visit at no charge, changed one piece of hardware, and the system has worked perfectly ever since.

They were very bad. They canceled the first appointment (it was a Monday Morning) and never showed up for the second.

THEY ARE USUALLY VERY EXCELLENT. WE HAVE PURCHASED MANY THINGS FROM BEST BUY, AND NEVER RETURNED ANYTHING. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED BEST BUY TO MANY PEOPLE.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AT THE STORE AND WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE AIR CONDITIONER. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. THEY SOLVED ALL OF THE PROBLEMS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. I THOUGHT THEY CHARGED A VERY FAIR PRICE.

WE THOUGHT THAT THE PEOPLE BEST BUY SENT OUT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, AND BEST BUY HAD A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY PROVIDED US. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY SHOWED UP LATE. WE THOUGHT THAT THE WORK THEY DID WAS NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE THAT WE PAID.

IT WAS A FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE BUT, THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS ON PRICING. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND IT WAS QUICK AND PRECISE.
