After the job was half way through its timeline and work we had started our list of concerns that we openly spoke with Kenny/GR about on daily daily basis. By the end of the job we were buying materials and eventually asked them off the job. They failed to use contactually agreed upon paint brands, equipment, appliances, poor plumbing, failed timeline and the roof needed repair after one year. Legal action was considered, but the legal fees and no guarantee of winning it is now a $30,000 lesson. I did research and reviews were good until I found out there are a few addresses for this company and the BBB number on there site was fake and later removed. Please keep looking for a different contractor. You can call me questions
