I THINK THEY DID A MEDIOCRE JOB. THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PART & HAD TO COME BACK TO REPLACE IT WITH THE CORRECT ONE. EVERY TIME THEY CAME, THEY WERE LATE.

I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY TWO TIMES. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP THE FIRST TIME DUE TO SOME MIX-UP. THE SECOND TIME THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND PRIED THE BACK OFF OF THE APPLIANCE AND REPLACED THE FUSE. HE WAS SWEET AND NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I REALIZE GE SUBCONTRACTS THEIR LABOR OUT. THE REPAIR WAS FINE. I HAD TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET AND HAVE GE REIMBURSE ME FOR THE WARRANTY. THAT TOOK ABOUT 60 DAYS. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS AND REPLACE THE HEATING ELEMENT.
