Roofing
Rosado and a crew of two was finished in two hours. Price was three times higher than estimate. Performed additional work without asking: reflashed and reshingled a second chimney that had no leaks, tarred the seams of a low flat roof (contractor not needed for this). The roof still leaks. Twice, Rosado promised to come back and both times failed to show up.

I was very happy with his work. I have been trying to contact him to do additional work and he has not shown up when he says he going to.
