Furniture Song

I called Furniture Song on August 29th to purchase some furniture. The person I spoke to took my order and told me I could expect to receive my furniture within two weeks. When the furniture wasn't delivered in the two week time frame I was told, I contacted Furniture Song and spoke to the same person I ordered the furniture from. He told me that I  hadn't received the furniture, because they didn't have it there at the warehouse and that I can expect to receive it within the next week. When this next week came and went, I then called back and the same person asked me if I would be willing to receive the furniture in October. He said the furniture was there, at the warehouse, and that he would have someone delivery it at the beginning of October. Seeing that it's almost the end of October, I called them back but no one answered or has returned my calls. A few days later I called again and spoke to a different person and he told me the furniture would be there last week. Nothing happened last week, so I called them Monday of this week and they told me it would be there Tuesday. When they didn't show on Tuesday, I called them on Wednesday and the person I spoke to said that the furniture was in the delivery truck, but the delivery driver had left the paperwork at the warehouse and that he would be there next Friday to delivery everything. Since August 29th Furniture Song has done nothing but give me the run around and if they don't delivery my furniture I will be out over $5,000.
