On thursday, 2/26 I ordered a standing rose and carnation arrangement to be delivered on Friday, 2/28. The price was 89.00. Total 102.00 with tax and delivery. They delivered the flowers on time. The arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely use them again,

THEY TAKE ORDERS THEY DON'T DELIVER, THEY GIVE YOU A CREDIT OR HALF OFF AND YOU TRY THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY DO NOT DELIVER. THEY BLAME THE LOCAL FLORIST, BUT REFUSE TO GET ANOTHER LOCAL FLORIST AND NEVER PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
Description of Work: This is the last time I use this company. The issue is they continue to apologize and give you credits and you think okay I'll try again. So again, for probably the fourth time they failed to deliver flowers and each time they apologize and give you a credit and then blame the local florist. But they never change florists and continue to NOT DELIVER and give credit. After a while you realize that they are a terrible company and just continue to give you credits to keep you ordering but they don't deliver. I will never use them again
