The gentleman who came was punctual and very polite. Unfortunately the work came out terribly. The two pieces are now different colors (one is yellow, the other more the original cream) and the chemicals ruined the wood flooring. The Scothguard finish also made the couch very hard and unnatural-feeling. I also feel like I was being pressured into doing the Scothguard (for an additional $100).

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY GIVE A FREE PRICE ESTIMATE AND IF THEY FEEL THERE NEEDS TO BE SOMETHING ELSE DONE THEY WILL CALL AND ASK IF YOU WANT IT DONE.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY OVERALL. THEY GOT OUT STAINS ON THE COUCH THAT OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T GET. THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH LOWER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR WORK AND MADE SURE THE COUCH AND CHAIRS WERE CLEAN.
