I have been using Frenchmen for 10 years. I called them out for a repair and they reminded me that I didn't need to pay for the repair, because I was still under the original buying agreement. For air-conditioning prices, their prices are fair enough. They show up when they say they will. They stand behind their work. They are easy to deal with. They have sold me two good air conditioners over the years.
