I had Francis do some work for me in the past and he had always done a great job. For this job, Francis cut the hole in the wall and mounted the mailbox on steel brackets that he brought himself, and then crafted a molding around the mailbox that looks really great. He also painted the molding. Francis supplied all the materials (except the mailbox), completed it all in one day, and charged me $225, which I thought was very reasonable. Francis is a reliable all-around handyman that can do all types of jobs. I would recommend him to anyone in my area.
