Francis was prompt in all his communications and was eager to carry out the job to our satisfaction. We wanted a particular type of low VOC material used on the floor and he was very helpful in tracking it down and in helping to find an alternative when our first choice was not available locally. The job took two days, one day for sanding and one day for coating the floor. He made sure that the dust was contained in the work areas by taping up plastic covers for all openings and worked efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible, given the noise level inherent in this kind of work. He was always cheerful and cooperative. The floors look so nice and make the rooms look cheerful and cared for. We would recommend to anyone who needs wood floor refinishing.

Francis and his team did a great job. He explained the type and quality of the existing floor and ensured the final color choice was to our liking. We were extremely happy with the results.

It did not go due to contractor no shows and poor communications.

my floors came out beautiful. At first the condition of the floors was so bad i contact this floor company express floor caring they came and give me an estimate which was very reasonable the job started and was finish on time and the floor came out very beautiful. I wish we could show you before after photos... "Our Floors Are Spectacular"!!! These guys are no joke! Good, hardworking guys! On time, job started when they said it would be and job finished when they said it would be. I will definitely call these guys again when I'm ready to do the floors in my other apts.

Not only were Sheldon and his brother incredibly kind, efficient and polite, they did an incredible job fixing my floors. They look better than they ever have. They even fixed loose floor boards and finished an unfinished door frame for me. They went above and beyond. I cant stop admiring my floors! Sheldon covered everything in plastic and cleaned up any dust that was left over. I even referred him to my parents - he is now doing work on their apartment and they love him and his work as well!

I called this company Express floor caring to give an estimate to sand refinish my hardwood floor after much consideration i choose Francis company the guys came and they perform a fantastic job my floors was well sanded and stain with ebony and two cotes of polyurthane upon completion of the job my family was well satisfied with the quality of work they were very professional on time i would highly recommend Francis and his company

The floors look very nice and he moved the furniture for me ahead of time. I had to be flexible with the timing to get the job done, but I figured that going in due to the low cost I could afford to pay to get the job done.

The finished product was amazing! I can't imagine having hired anyone else to do this job. I was also in the process of moving which means Sheldon had to move around furniture and tons of boxes. Never once did he complain nor charge me extra for all those boxes. My apartment is so beautiful I keep thinking my landlord is going to raise the rent because the entire look of it has changed. The floors look amazing. Francis and his team worked very, very hard. They were fast and the floors look beautiful. A few negative reviews say he didn't show, etc. But when he was running a half hour behind the first morning because he was finishing a another job, he called me and let me know. He also gave me such a good price I decided to have the job done. I am very pleased.

I found Francis on Angie's list through a promotion he was having to refinish floors. I'm so happy with his work. From the moment I reached out to him he was speedy and professional. He arrived early and finished sooner than anticipated. His schedule worked well with mine and I have no complaints about him and his team. After reaching out to 2-4 other flooring companies, he was the most reasonable.
