Description of Work: I am currently using this contractor again for a very large apartment off Fifth Avenue. The review and pricing above is for the original renovation of a 640 sq. ft. apartment in Manhattan in 2010. He did a very thorough job, Gutting bathroom and kitchen and tearing down wall between kitchen and main room. Changed all doors, installed crown molding throughout, refinished wood floors, rebuilt all closets. All his sub-contractors were first class (plumber, electrician, granite layer etc.). I chose and provided all electrical and plumbing fixtures, tiles,appliances etc. Teo (the owner of the company) was a joy to work with. He used best products to do this job and provided and installed Zodiaq countertops and built shelving around the central heating/air conditioning unit. The final product was a very attractive apartment which I sold a couple years later very quickly as it showed so well. I have now purchased a 1700 sq. feet apartment which is being gutted by this same contractor and which is going to become my primary residence in the near future. I will write a review once he is finished with the extensive renovation on my new apartlment.
