I ordered a vase of Calla Lillies for 84 dollars for my son's civil marriage day in Argentina. When I arrived in Argentina three days later. I found that lesser flowers had been set by the local florist. I emailed Flora 2000 upon my return to the USA. I expressed disappointment in the substitution of white LIllies and Freischas instead of Calla liilies. I also asked that an apology be sent to my son and his wife and for a discount on the original charges. A representative called and agreed to a discount. In addition I heard from my son several days later that a vase of Calla Lillies form Flora 2000 had been delivered to him. Flora 2000 took my complaint seriously and went beyond the call of duty to rectify it. I am very pleased wtih the way in which the company resovled everything.
