According to my contract, they were suppose to install the two A/C's in the windows of my new apartment.
Only one A/C was transferred to my new apartment and left in the middle of the floor. The second A/C remained in the old apartment.
I paid for this service to move and install my A/C's in my new apartment which was not accomplished.
I had to incur extra charges to have someone move and connect my 2 A/C's.
Very disappointed!!
