Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping

Movers came on time, got to work right away, worked hard and filled 2 trucks and moved us within 12 days. No one item got damaged. They took great care wrapping the furniture and there was NO harm to anything. Movers were a great team. The office staff did a fantastic job of quoting the cross country relocation, were very efficient and contacted me to make sure everything was on set for the move.

We probably did the worst packing work in the history of moving industry, with loose items everywhere, things in small bags, etc. We are the picturesque movers worst nightmare. Nonetheless, they made it work. Unlike our previous movers, they demonstrated professional job, worked hard but quickly, and didn't try to stretch the time. I will be sure to recommend these guys to friends and colleagues.

They just helped my brother and me to move out of our 2 one bedroom apartments in one state, and then moved us into a new one bedroom flat in the other one. I shopped around quite a bit, and these guys offered the most reasonable pricing. Second, their office representative was great in explaining the types of trucks and what size we should go with. Third, guys knew well what I was paying for, and so they hustled. In the end, they moved us out of two locations across the country in 7 days.

They called 2 days before our relocation day to confirm the date and time. Then the crew came on time and relocated all my furniture without harming anything. They also sent a crew of 4 guys, all efficient who carried some pretty heavy furniture and did the job well.

I had 3 hardworking, friendly and respectful young movers came right on time (it took 5 hours to move us out).They respected my possessions, they had awesome memories (where the boxes came from and where we wanted them). We absolutely couldn't have been happier with this cross country moving service.

Andrew and his helper was very useful, and we were able to accomplish the whole move within four days. There were no extra charges, and they took great care of our possessions. I also purchased a dresser the next day, I contacted these guys again because this dresser didn?t fit in our rental car. So their movers went to the store, picked up the dresser and delivered it to the new location. Much appreciated!

They even helped in packing, unpacking, lifting some heavy items to my new apartment on second floor and everything arrived with no damages. This moving company have a very nice staffs and price are very transparent, no hidden charges or what so ever.

You know it's not the easiest process and there's always the risk something might get damaged. Fortunately, the crew managed to relocate my stuff with no damage. I was surprised to see my furniture with no scratches, it looked just perfect as always. Well, almost perfect as long as I scratched a bit my coffee table before the move. I'm definitely glad to have used their movers.

There was nothing negative to mention. They sent some careful workers at my house. The sales manager was quite helpful with whatsoever information we needed. When I talked to the manager concerning my urgency, he took initiative arranging a quick move. The most important thing is my my stuff arrived just in time and with no a single scratch.

They make sure you feel comfortable while you're in the whole moving process with them. No disappointment. That was successful and memorable experience. Nothing but good emotions! The movers worked well together and were super nice. Special thanks for my favorite tea set, which was delivered in a proper condition. The customer service is really great. I recommend this moving company to everyone.

They made sure everything is wrapped and are very delicate when handling fragile items. Movers even help us disassemble some of our furniture, and they won't let my parents lift anything. Big thanks to the customer care team took the time to answer all my questions and carefully go through pricing.

I choose the flat rate plan in which they would move everything I had put on an itemized list including 2 trucks, w/ extra rims and tires. I did have to set up everything at work and couldn't call on the phone, but we easily set up everything through email and he even answered a few extra questions I had about transporting the trucks. They emailed a confirmation a few days later, and called to confirm the day before the move. I picked the 730-9 arrival time, knowing that movers tend to run late, I had hoped I wouldn't have any issues. They were not late, arriving around 845. Three guys came with a huge trailer and had all my trucks packed up in less than 30 minutes and we were off to my new place. My new place (490 miles away) with small streets and tight corners, but they still had gotten there on schedule. I didn't have any issues with damage or scratches on the trucks. The flat price mover guys were very nice and quick, and even took a few extra things that weren't on the itemized list. All in all, moving from state to state was fun. Absolutely excellent service. Lino and his partner were considerate, hard working and careful. Traffic held them up a little in the morning but once on site they worked tirelessly to transfer my vehicles to my new place. They are well priced and highly professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

After speaking with Josh in their sales department, I must say, he was true to his word. Not only did he guide me through the entire process, and what to expect, but he was easily reachable, at multiple points, throughout the planning, moving, and follow up process. Given the wide range of quotes, I was a bit nervous that shippers would try to find some way to increase the cost for one thing or another, so I requested a person to come and offer an in-person quote (in addition to their online quote). I was very surprised to see that their estimate did NOT change. On moving day, the flat price's moving team came on time, were friendly, and did an excellent job disassembling packing our heavy, solid wood, furniture, and electronics (along with boxes we packed ourselves). To give them even more credit, one piece of furniture we had (a custom made desk) - ended up having a loose leg prior to the move, so they ended up removing it to prevent it from completely breaking (And provided recommendations on delivery to get it fixed without a problem).
After they picked up our furniture, it ended up taking ~5-6 days to get everything in Florida including our cars. The delivery team was just as friendly as the pickup team, and they went through each and every item on the list to ensure nothing was missing. I must say, I was honestly quite surprised at how smoothly the process went, and how nothing went missing, our cars arrived in good condition, the price did not change, and we didn't run into any hassles. We chose flat price moving and auto shipping and happy for Josh and his team did an excellent job, and I'll be sure to make sure that everyone knows it.
