Curtis answered the phone immediately and after a couple of minutes discussion to coordinate our schedules, we settled on July 1 as the date for service. This was not an emergency situation.
I spoke to Curtis the day before to confirm a time which he said was between 9 and 10 in the morning. At 9 AM on the scheduled date he called to tell me he was 30 minutes away.
Curtis is very professional and knowledgeable about fitness equipment and serviced both pieces of equipment quickly and competently. I would highly recommend him as a service tech for individual owners or commercial gyms.
