Overall we are dissatisfied. The plumber screwed up the sink drain, and the tile guy scratch the brand new tub. The owner wont respond to my calls in a timely fashion and wont come back to my apartment to fix the problems.

It has been 9 months since he started the work and it was only supposed to be a 3 month project. It is supposed to take 3 more months. It has been 3 times the cost of his original estimate and we are extorted to keep paying so keep the work in progress. He keeps falling behind and has a delay. He stopped working for about 2-3 weeks for 3 or 4 time and we could not find him. We have paid 80% and has not completed the work we have paid for. There are additional projects we are approving and paying for but there is something undone on everything. If we have someone else come in it could cost us just as much as we have paid for already. He gets a parking ticket every day and expects us to pay for them. He has had his van towed twice because of excessive tickets. Every conversation is a fight. He put the wrong stain on the kitchen cabinets and have asked him to redo them. He broke our sink so we expedited another one to be delivered and that has yet to be installed.
