Bottomline...spent $30,000 and followed his recommendation and installed a SAVANT System. This system is dependant on having the installer be an ongoing technical manager of your system. He is the only one who can control integral setting changes to your equipment. So what happens when he gets busy and you get put on the bottom of the totem pole while he works on new customers, takes vacations and doesn't return your calls. You are stuck with a system that does not work and you end up calling SAVANT HQ trying to get a replacement.
