I called the company for a roofing estimate.  Sam answered and came and seemed friendly.  He went on the roof, took pictures and said he would send a proposal in a few days.  that was May 31, 2011 and it is now July 13, 2011 and no response from the company.  If they no longer wanted to do the project simply state that and I would understand.  But saying they are going to do something and not doing it, especially before any money's paid, does not sit well.
