Window Treatment Service, Furniture - Sales
The lady we dealt with was very nice. She came to the house and planned things out. One of the chairs we ordered in this one material that didn't work for the particular chair because it was satin and the cushions wouldn't stay on the chair. I called it to their attention that the company should replace the chair with a different fabric and they did. Its okay, I don't think I would spend that money again with those kind of people. They hung the picture way too high and I said that was wrong so we had to rehang it our self. The girl said to me in the store herself that someone had complained that they hung the picture too high and they didn't learn from their mistake.

I WENT TO ETHAN ALLAN AND WE TALKED ABOUT RECOVERING VERSUS BUYING NEW. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE FABRIC AND THEN THEY TOOK MY FURNITURE TO THE STORE TO DO IT. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND PEOPLE SHOULD SEE MY FURNITURE.
