John met me at Best Buy to pick out a printer. He then accompanied me to my home, installed a new computer, the new printer, transferred all my data from my previous computer. He fixed a problem with one of my software programs and resolved an incompatibility between the new computer and my old monitor. He showed me how to use all the new hardware. All was done with pleasantness and professionalism.

Absolutely amazing. John is the most reliable person. I have used his services many, many times over the years and will not use anyone else. I place a call to John, with a computer problem, and within minutes he has called me back and scheduled a time to come in. He solves every single problem perfectly and in fact has completely reinstalled our computer system; which was full of problems prior us knowing him. I would recommend John and his company to anyone and everyone.

He was very nice and very prepared for getting things up and running. I am not technically inclined. Not only did he fix the problem but he got my data back, no small task if you heard the sounds coming from the hard drive. I called and he was at my apartment in about two hours on a Sunday night!
