EPSON

The printer is 2 and half years old. I have had nothing but problems with this printer since I have purchased it. I have cleaned the nozzles of the cartridges numerous times, now this time, today, again, after cleaning the nozzles, I attempt to print and again there are missing lines. Epson finally admitted to me on the telephone that the printer has a mechanical issue. They suggested I take it in for repair or purchase another one. I am not spending any more money on a product from this company. Their product is inferior. I will never buy another Epson product, nor would I ever recommend one.

I m not going to buy anymore products by this company. I will tell you that they do not obtain an 800 number so you can easily get in contact with them. Then, once you do, you are transferred to different people. I do not like that. I am retired and I do not have the patience for such scenarios anymore. The products are average and the service is really not that good to help you out. They may be able to resolve problems but you talk to someone on the other side of the country. I do not like that.
