He was punctual and professional. He even noticed the problem with the door handle and helped me fixed it. He is the best. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

The locksmith (Oren) was very friendly and polite on the phone, kept in good contact, and arrived on time, calling me to let me know he was en route. He was well prepared and had all the tools necessary on hand. I didn't know where the wires were but he was quite familiar with the kind of system that was installed and knew where to look. I don't know how long the job took as I left him there with the neighbor, but when I got back all was clean and functional. Throughout he was polite and friendly, and seemed quite honest and trustworthy, and I felt comfortable having him in my house with access to my keys! He went the extra mile to match the new handle to the old one, and retained the same keys for us. He explained all the fees and I felt that he was being honest about the prices and labor costs. All in all a good experience and I would highly recommend him to my friends!
