Window Treatment Service
I placed my order in October 2006 and didn't receive the curtains until May 2007 (they had been promised in November 2006). Adam, the designer, dodged and failed to return my phone calls for months. The company has not been responsive either. When the curtains were finally delivered, they were not made as ordered: they weren't hung properly, they didn't fit the windows, a lace overlay is invisible on the backing chosen by the company. Although Adam promised to fix the problems the week after delivery, he has not done so and has not returned my calls.
