Description of Work: Eberhart Brothers are the owners of the apartment building I moved into a few months ago. I was a bit skeptical because the apartment is in an old building, without live-in super, and I was concerned about possible maintenance problems. I came from one of the best full service buildings in Manhattan (where the rent became unaffordable) and was used to excellent service. But so far, so good. There have been a few problems, but nothing serious, and they were fixed relatively quickly. And I love my apartment. It is tiny but has very high ceilings, a sleeping loft and a GARDEN!

 + -1 moreI've been with Eberhart Brothers over 2 years and they're just very responsive. Prices keep going up but that's pretty normal for New York. They have good maintenance and they're responsive which is somewhat unusual in New York. I contacted them in July and that was the first time they weren't responsive, so maybe that's not a good thing but before that they had always been responsive. There's no fee, so it's just a general deposit and your monthly rent that you would have to pay.
Description of Work: I use Eberhart Brothers Inc. apartment management services.
