 + -1 moreThe convenience of using E-Loan was very important to me. In addition, Sheila was particularly helpful. She called or emailed me regularly to answer questions, appraise me of the process, and act as liaison with the others involved in the process (appraiser, closing notary). She was knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. She responded quickly to my calls and emails and always acted with professionalism.
Description of Work: After submitting my information online, Sheila Sutton contacted me by phone and was my representative through the whole process. All the communication was done through phone calls and emails. This was very convenient for me. Plus, for the closing, a notary came to my house to walk me through signing the papers. He had been in the mortgage business and was very helpful, also.
