The overall design was fine. The quality of the work done by the people he used for the upholstery of the sofa and chair and the sewing of the drapes, curtains, and dust ruffles was terrible and very amateurish. When we complained about the quality of the work he insisted the same people would correct it. Well after 3-4 times of patiently waiting for a better outcome we gave up! Since they were unable to do fine work to begin with Duane should have known they would not be able to correct the problems. Duane was not professional in dealing with the problem. He took offense and could not deliver what he promised-Which was work done of the highest quality! He tried to appease us by not charging for small items-something we didn't care about-instead of delivering the quality we expected and he promised.
Description of Work: Drapes for living area and bedroom, Roman shades for Master bedroom, curtain panels, construction of a sofa and chair, dust ruffles for 2 beds and 2 headboards.
