After nearly 2 years, not finished. Constantly comes off tracks and falls without usage. Long delays for repair. Many missed appointments without call or apology. Demand for additional money— 150% price increase from quote after job more than half complete. Demands money before start and additional before completion to hold job hostage.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE BLINDS AND THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THEY WILL ALSO COME AND REPAIR THE BLINDS AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THEIR BLINDS. I THINK THAT IS REALLY NICE.
