THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PROCESS. THEY HAD OUR CHAIR DONE ON TIME FOR US. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE ON THE COST.
