They came out to give me a free estimate and set a date for service. The locksmith arrived on time and installed 2 digital locks on my emergency metal doors. Service was fast and clean and delivered On Time.

I am pleased with most aspects of the job. I picked out what I wanted, the installer came exactly on time, did the job carefully and cleaned up after himself. My only grumbles relate to money. I'll admit that I didn't shop around (my fault) but I can't imagine new locks should cost nearly $200 each. Also, I was told that the priced included installation, which they did. So, imagine my surprise when I saw the bill and was told that the additional $30 "service charge" was not the same thing as installation and I'd have to pay it too. Skeevy. Still, I'm please with the work and products I received. I would definitely use them again, but I'd shop around first to verify that the prices were reasonable for the neighborhood.
