Don't buy from this company. We purchased a very expensive bed which did not live up to their guarantee. We complained that the mattress was very uncomfortable and had developed a huge trench where it should have supported our bodies; they sent a technician to check our mattress. The technician agreed that the mattress was defective and should be replaced. The company disagreed with their own technician and refused to replace our mattress or refund our money. We complained to the Better Business Bureau, but the company would not budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.
Description of Work: We purchased a mattress and box spring from 1-800-Mattress in their store on Central Ave. in Scarsdale.
