SHE WAS VERY, VERY GOOD. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NEAT. THAT WAS A MESSY JOB. I GOT MY APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT. THEY ALSO DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR AN APPRAISAL.
