DENO FERRARO DESIGN

The project started in March '06 with our initial meeting. The design phase was delayed over the summer due to Mr. Ferraro having medical problems and he was generally slow to complete the designs. We signed with the contractor he recommended (separate contract) in September '06. Work did not begin until April '07 due to slow DOB approval of the plans-even with an expediter. At this point, the contractor gave us an estimate of 8 - 10 weeks. The job went well through demo, then there were periods where weeks would go by without any work done. When I began to express concern about the pace of the work, Deno was completely dismissive. Every month we were told a new completion date and Deno would not assist in moving the project along. The responsibility to manage the project fell on me. Deno's communication worsened with insulting and condescending emails. The project was finally completed September 07. We seriously regret hiring him and feel it was a waste of money.
