We have been using Customaid for monthly cleaning of our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for a few years now. I helps keep me as a working mom to stay sane to have everything clean all at once for a day or so a month. It can be time consuming to coordinate scheduling my regular cleaning person with the owner via text; I wish they had an online scheduling system.

Hired this company to clean my Parents' house and was able to book a service within 24 hours! Company was very responsive and courteous. Our cleaner that was assigned to us was over an hour late, but a text was sent to notify me. Our cleaner used a lot of elbow grease and took care of our bathroom (getting rid of all the build-up in the shower) and our kitchen (scrubbing down the stovetop and oven, which really needed a deep clean). Cleaner even covered areas without us asking. We were very satisfied with the service and would like to hire again. Would definitely recommend!

They worked very hard on an apartment that had most of the furniture removed by a moving company the day before. They cleaned places that haven't been seen for quite some time. They did everything that was asked of them and never slacked off. They made the apartment presentable to be shown for subsequent sale.

My kitchen sparkled and I was very pleased as I was the bathroom. But the kitchen was outstanding. But time wasn't managed well and dining room was not as clean as I would have liked. I would, however, definitely used them again and probably will but will give a more specific list so everything can be completed

Person that came spoke literally no English made communication impossible. I clean better myself and ended up cleaning after her. She used my supplies and garbage bags. For the price most maids and companies come with their own stuff. Major disappointment. Will NOT be using them again. Waste of money
