The chairs were picked up for reupholstering and delivered within the time frame promised. The work was outstanding. I recommended this firm to a colleague who needed new drapes and her experience was the same as mine - someone arrived to measure the area at the time scheduled and the drapes were finished and reinstalled within the time frame promised. She, too, was most pleased with the results.
