Excellent design, punctual, respectful workers. Several glitches corrected as soon as possible. Tom Krauss, owner, was on top of everything. He is a perfectionist and made sure that the job was nothing short of perfect.

A kitchen remodeling is not an easy journey; it requires a lot of planning, detail work, consulting, design, not to mention imagination, and sometimes flexibility, for example, the initial plan called for six lighting  fixtures but after the ceiling was removed the beam configuration called for eight.

So let me say:

Tom Krauss, President of Crafted Kitchen, is one classy guy. He is cultured, articulate, detail oriented, artistic, with a strong sense of aesthetics. But what makes him great is his desire for perfection.

He is highly professional and a man of his word. Each of his workers and subcontractors,except for the plumber (who didn't seem as knowledgable as he should be),  was an exceptional craftsman. The workers were professional, humble, respectful, sensitive and beyond hard working.

This is a powerhouse team.

The job took about six weeks with additional time to tweak, adjust and fix a few doors and cracked tiles. There was an issue of the internal finishing of the cabinetry which was attended to and corrected immediately.

I stayed in close contact with Tom throughout and if I needed to explain something, a picture, emailed, was worth a thousand words.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE AN AWESOME BUNCH OF WORKERS. THE PRICE WAS GREAT, AND VERY FAIR FOR THE WORK THEY DID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THE JOB WAS FINISHED ON SCHEDULE. THEY LEFT NO MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP.
