THEY, GENERALLY, KNOW THEIR STUFF AND HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE WE HAVE RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE AND THEY HAVE BEEN COST EFFICIENT. ON THE OTHER HAND, THEY MADE A COUPLE OF RECOMMENDATIONS THAT DIDN'T TURN OUT THAT GREAT.

THIS COMPANY GAVE ME SAME-DAY SERVICE. WHEN I BROUGHT THE PRINTER IN, THE SERVICE TECH STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND STARTED MY REPAIR. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.
